Executive Coaching is focused specifically on executives and management. It often benefits the individual executive but within the overall framework of the organization’s priorities and context. The focus is remedial or developmental and includes the following themes:

One common theme under above all the themes is that the executives in the organization act in a certain way and a certain specific change; be it in thinking or , behaving differently is called for. A shift is called for to gain increased effectiveness or to becoming more successful.

We take a non-directive approach, encouraging the executive to harness their own internal resources, their desire to learn and change, in order to achieve success primarily by their own efforts.

In business coaching, we are referring to the small business with few employees. In this environment, the needs of the business often drive the priority of the coaching. The primary beneficiary of the coaching is the business, although individual benefits accrue to all the participants.

Coaching model:





Our process fosters self awareness in multiple dimensions. A deeper sense of self awareness coupled with specific intervention results in the motivation to change. In organisational and business coaching, the self awareness is developed as  a synergistic concept – to develop the change in an individual in such a way that the organization’s goals are positively impacted in conjunction with the individual’s development.

There are 5 essential elements in our approach:

Heightened Self awareness: Your need to change is examined along with context in which the change is to be orchestrated. In case of executive and organizational coaching, this self awareness is reconciled with the organization’s perception of the need to change.

Development of a joint action plan: A joint action plan is developed that lists both of specific work-related areas/milestones and other personal areas that track development. Progress is documented at each step of the action plan and continous feedback is provided.

Level of achievement is mutually agreed upon: A priori agreement is decided on what would constitute acheivement. It could be improving self awareness, performance improvement in a specific area, performance breakthrough, or transformation based on the need and ability to change within a specified time or linked to match the needs of the organization.

Structured process and proven tools: The whole approach combines a formal strategy, tactics, clear and explicit goals to facilitate a logical, clear approach for your benefit.

Continous feedback and a supportive environment:
We provide continous feedback even after the coaching engagement has concluded and provides new directions for growth and improvement. Our supportive environment is geared to think positively and proactively towards continual renewal.



Our approach is effective:

Our approach can only be surmised when the process is put in place. Essentially there are 4 key reasons why our approach is effective:

1.    Eye-opening perceptions:

People often tend to rely on their mental models and rarely subject them to rigorous review. They selectively find examples to reinforce their mental models or use them as evidence to support their viewpoints. Our approach uses a variety of techniques to pull people out of their current thinking, open their eyes to their mental models, help them see the reality of their situations and push them towards change and growth.

2.    Bias on doing:

While we help people see things differently, and constantly encourage them to see different perspectives, people need to act on their changed perceptions. Our approach insists on taking solid, specific and well planned actions to ensure accountability.

3.    Recognition of the context:

We believe change occurs in a context. Hence our approach functions in a way taking the context into consideration. We provide the feedback, information, perspective and points of reflection required to let people move into the new changed environments.

4.    Structured for transitions:

We provide people the forum and a safe space to express concerns over transitions, allowing them to receive feedback on their transitional progress and advice on how to navigate around roadblocks that limit their ability to change effectively.
